What is THERMAL PRINTING? We are the proud owners of the Gerber Edge, a thermal printer which allows for in-house printing of full color vinyl decals, fades and outlines without layering of vinyl or paint. Which means we can pretty much reproduce anything you have a vision of. It also allows cost effective runs on things like custom decals and small POP signs, which in the past you would be limited to buying large quantities of, and paying screen and die charges for

Thermal printing offers a life expectancy of 3-5 years, unlaminated. Thermal printing also offers the choice of "spot" colors, so if you only have a need for a one color print, you only have to pay for the one foil, unlike ink jet which always creats the colors from a process print (which typically uses 4-6 ink colors to produce any one color). We also can do the 4 color process print, still using the "foils" to create full color digitial prints. *Some larger quantities/or items such as billboards are outsourced through one of our many reliable vendors.
