Bring in as much artwork as you have and we can digitize it for you. We happily provide artwork for you to pass on to your printer (for business cards, t-shirts etc..) We have In-House thermal printing capabilities. What is THERMAL PRINTING? Unlike some companies who use ink jet printers, our system is a thermal printer which uses a thermal print head to bond the special pigments or "foils" to the material. Thermal printing offers a life expectancy of 3-5 years, versus ink jet printing which unlaminateed typically will last less than 3 years. Thermal printing also offers the choice of "spot" colors, so if you only have a need for a one color print, you only have to pay for the one foil, unlike ink jet which always creats the colors from a process print (which typically uses at least 4 ink colors to produce any one color). We also can do the 4 color process print, still using the "foils" to create full color digitial prints. So, from fades and special effects once only achievable with hand painting, to full color pictures and images our machine can do it all. Just provide the picture and we can do the rest! Some materials include vinyl, magnetic, as well as several plastic pvc products. Our thermal printer allows us to make custom decals in small quantities without any minimum amounts or screen set-up fees. From refrigerator magnets, to bumper stickers, to billboards*, we can get it done! *Some larger quantities/or items such as billboards are outsourced through one of our many reliable vendors.
